How selling your coins from Brisbane works

From your first call to payment, one team handles everything.

1. Get in touch

Request a free valuation online with a few photos of your coins, or give us a call.

2. Free valuation

We review your coins and give you a valuation within 48 hours. For larger collections, our local team will arrange to see them in person. There is no obligation to sell.

3. Catalogued for auction

We research, photograph and describe each lot, then offer it in a monthly auction, typically 4 to 8 weeks after consignment.

4. Sold and paid

Consignors are paid within 30 days of the auction, subject to receipt of cleared buyer funds.

We charge 0% seller’s commission, with no routine lotting, photography or marketing fees. Acceptance is subject to suitability for auction, and all consignment terms are confirmed in writing before you proceed. Buyers pay our 22% buyer’s premium, including GST, when your coins sell. Each lot should be expected to realise at least $350, and lower-value coins can be grouped together. How auction fees work · Full selling details

Large collection or estate? We'll come to you

Large collections can be heavy, fragile or simply too much to move. For the right collection, we'll travel up to 200 km from Brisbane to assess it where it is.

If you're an executor or family member, we can take you through each step, including what the collection is likely to be worth and how it will be offered, at no cost to the estate.
