How Our Coin Consignment Process Works
We make selling your coins at auction simple, secure, and transparent. Whether you’re local to Sydney or based elsewhere in Australia, here’s how we handle consignments from start to finish:
01
Enquire or Call
Submit your details via our online form or call us directly. We’ll respond within 1 business day to learn more about your coins.
02
Discovery Call
We’ll arrange a short call to understand the nature and scale of your collection. This helps us plan the best next steps for you.
03
Appointment or Secure Shipping
Depending on your location and the item value, we’ll either book an appointment at our Sydney office or organise secure shipping. For significant consignments, we may travel to assess in person.
04
Appraisal & Agreement
If you choose to proceed, we’ll issue a clear consignment agreement. Our team will research, photograph, and prepare your items for auction — including a full estimate of value.
05
Auction Listing & Promotion
Your coins are listed in our next event, featured in our catalogue, and promoted to a targeted audience of serious collectors.
06
Sale & Payout
After the auction, you’ll receive payment within 30 days (less any agreed-upon seller fees). We keep you updated every step of the way.
